The RMACB is/was the brain child of Major Paddy Dunn (RM retd) and he deserves the largest accolade of all. Having conceived the idea he set about raising the funds to get the band off the ground and then convince high ranking individuals that it was a good idea. Since then Paddy has been the driving force of the publicity and fund raising effort. Using all his skills and contacts to make this venture both viable and enjoyable. We as a band are proud to have him as our chairman.
Paddy is also the son of one of the most famous and highly respected Principle Directors of Music the Royal Marines Band Service has had.
